Our Journey & Milestones

1980: Alexandave Industries Ltd was officially established by Michael Cheng.
1982: A year of breakthroughs. We launched the ALEX Athletics brand and acquired our very first patent for the “calibrated weight plate”. We also partnered with the West German retail giant Karstadt, firmly establishing our presence in the German fitness market.
1990: Initiated our global expansion strategy by establishing sales channels in the UK.
2008: Launched the Alexia product line, strategically entering the senior fitness and rehabilitation sector.
2019 – 2022: Served as the official equipment sponsor for the US Hyrox fitness competition for four consecutive years, proving our equipment’s durability in high-intensity environments.
2022: Created the Axispila brand to meet the rapidly growing demands of the Pilates market.
Today: Alexandave continues to build long-term, trusted relationships with global partners by continuously advancing strength and wellness solutions.
